Housed on the beautiful Victorian Clive Road in Dulwich, this four-bedroom family home is extended into the loft, with three zinc clad dormers creating an escape to the roof. The project adds a master-bedroom, ensuite and dressing room making full use of the stunning views to the surrounding hills of South-East London.
Space and light were critical in the design, and to maximise natural daylight throughout the house, a central void was cut through the entire house. The new void has an apex ceiling construction and houses a new free-standing solid oak staircase.
