chooSE27

We have been working together with Station to Station and Lambeth Council to create a platform for local business, that connects those who have space, with those who need space in SE27. ChooseSE27 is the result of the Greater London Authority (GLA) funded scheme ‘Making High Streets Work’ that in 2020 challenged local communities to find solutions to promote a vibrant local economy. Through consultation, it was discovered West Norwood and Tulse Hill have a wide variety of untapped commercial spaces that could be profiting more, while providing opportunities to valuable businesses and individuals struggling to find appropriate premises from which to work locally. As project managers, our mission is that SE27 will become ‘the destination for adaptable, affordable workspaces’ enabling talented home-grown organisations to stay, grow and prosper.
