The Waterloo Community Development Group (WCDG) was working with Lambeth to bring empty homes back to use. WCDG received funding from Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) for fully funded building refurbishments of spaces that have been empty for over 6 months. The project was to bring 10 units back to use as well as provide 5 apprenticeship jobs. A Small Studio was acting architectural consultant alongside Landscape Architect Bridget Snaith of Shape to secure the empty homes in Lambeth.
