This was a feasibility report for a family of three that live in a small end of terrace house in West Dulwich. The house is double-fronted but in reality has a very shallow floorplan compromising of a two-up, two-down accommodation. A Small Studio undertook a feasibility study to ascertain how the house could be enlarged. We designed three different options and analysed what the planning considerations would be for each option.
